Snowflake - Free Crochet Pattern

Easy Crochet Snowflake – Free Pattern

This Free Crochet Snowflake Pattern would be great to use as ornaments, garland, wall hangings, and clothes decoration. It is super fast to make and looks very pretty. You can crochet some snowflakes for garland combining smaller and larger ones (use thinner and heavier yarn weight). Crochet these snowflakes to trim the Christmas tree especially a Scandinavian minimalist tree.

You are free to choose the yarn and hook according to your own personal preference, but I recommend a DK or Sport weight. Do not forget to match your hook properly with the chosen yarn.

Here is what you will need:

  • Sport weight yarn in white colour.
  • Size US C/2 (2.5 mm) crochet hook
  • Needle and scissors

Measurements

Made from sport weight yarn on a 2.50 mm crochet hook, the snowflake turns out a size of 1.96 inches (5 cm).
